Veggie Grazing Platter

Serves: approx 8-12

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes



  1. Heat the falafel as per the pack instructions.
  2. Put the dolmades, hummus, crispy chickpeas, stuffed peppers, olives and sauerkraut in little serving bowls.
  3. Slice some of the tomatoes, leaving about half whole, slice the carrots and cucumbers.
  4. Arrange your grazing platter on a board – or use a covered table if feeding a larger crowd.
