Morning Booster Smoothie

0.5 serve of whole grain
Each serve is 16g of whole grain. GLNC recommends 3 serves daily.

Preparation time: 5 minutes


  • 200ml skim milk
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon honey


  1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve in a chilled glass.


Replace natural yoghurt with vanilla-flavoured yoghurt. Or, try adding a few almonds for a nutty flavour.
